6:30 - 7:30 p.m.

This 4 week program is for the beginner to experienced.  We will focus on stretches and poses to benefit the running form.  You do not have to be a runner to attend.


Our instructor will be Dan Shanahan. He possesses a 200-hour yoga teacher certification and has studied with several prominent area yogis.  Dan’s teaching style is based upon hatha yoga with a focus on alignment, breath, and consciousness. Dan also is a Reiki energy worker and consummate musician.
