The town of Pikermi is about the mid-point between Marathon and Athens, therefore being a distance of about 13.1 miles.

No matter if you walk for necessity or run/walk for fitness it's a natural movement when done correctly can improve your health, prevent disease, reduce stress, lose weight, boost confidence and eliminate depression. Let's hear it for the endorphin rush that running produces!
